The Intelligent Manufacturing Process

The process begins on a CNC plasma cutting bed where high-tensile steel plates are cut into shape. The main structural I-beams are then assembled on hydraulic clamping tables and welded using an automated Robotic Submerged Arc Welding system. The complete chassis is submerged in a primer bath where an electrostatic charge bonds the paint to the steel, coating the inside of every crossmember and gusset. This provides excellent rust protection against road salt, moisture, and weathering, ensuring the trailer looks good and performs reliably for years.
